Materials
Materials of construction are becoming more advanced, and in many cases extremely dependent on accurate pre- and post-weld heat treatment execution. Superheat FGH is working closely with industry leaders and code committees to ensure specifications are more appropriate for emerging material advancements and demanding service environments facing owners and protecting their long term interests. Superheat FGH has incorporated comprehensive work processes, developed special tools and training programs and pioneered the concept of real-time surveillance and verification on multiple levels, anywhere, anytime for anyone.
Process Quality Management
Process Quality Management (PQM) incorporates the entirety of our commitment and dependence on Quality results in everything we do. Site Operating Instructions are one component of PQM that provide instantaneous status of work in process and a complete overview of project activity.
