Unit Supervisor - US
Description
The Unit Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of Equipment and Installation Specialists as well as direct supervision of wrapping processes. The Unit Supervisor will be responsible for modifications of drawings to appropriate specifications.

Responsibilities
- Enforce and abide by safety policies and good housekeeping habits
- Provide direction to Equipment and Installation Specialists
- Mark up support documents
- Supervise and provide guidance on wrapping procedures and processes
- Modify existing library drawings
- Provide troubleshooting support
- Schedule work requirements
- Provide support on equipment requirements
- Responsible for direct safety supervision
Qualifications
- Previously demonstrated leadership experience
- Electrical or mechanical aptitude skills
- Ability to understand and translate drawings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in an industrial, petro-chemical or nuclear facility an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to meet the physical demands of the position
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated supervisory experience, preferably in an Power Generation or industrial setting
Additional Requirements
- Extensive travel throughout the US including working overtime as requested
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
