Graphics Technician - Canada

Responsibilities

• Communication with customers daily regarding specifications
• Creating Wrapping Spec Sheets - (library and customer specific - daily)
• Creating Procedure drafts,drawings, pre-work order's, and packing slips
• Reading ISO drawings and working drawings from clients for Wrapping Specifications Sheet creation
• Creating equipment fabrication drawings (working and production) for Superheat FGH and clients
• Taking measurements on existing equipment (clients and Superheat FGH) for creating drawings
• Testing wrapping specifications
• Creating Flowcharts (SmartDraw)
• Working with multiple projects
• Meeting deadlines on a daily basis
• Ensuring drawings are completed as per requirements

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma/degree in graphics/CAD program
• Previous experience with technical graphic design an asset
• Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office, SmartDraw and Adobe
• Experience in a technical occupation related to the heat treament industry an asset
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
